Delivery Policies

Debenhams offers different delivery options for their customers who order online. They have the Standard delivery which is free if you purchase more than £30 or if you are  a Debanhams Gold Card holder. The other delivery options are as follows:

Most delivery options are honored when orders are made before 7pm or 10pm. Deliveries happen all week from Monday to Sunday. 

If you are conveniently near a Debenhams store, you can choose click and collect where you can personally pick up your items on the said store once it arrives.

Return Policies

Debenhams honors your rights as a consumer to return products which does not meet your satisfaction. The company allows for a 28 day window, starting on the day you receive your goods. Refunds are going to be credited back to the original payment card. Cancellation of orders can be done through filling out a cancellation form. 

The products that are to be returned must be clean, undamaged and resaleable. The original tags and receipts as well as protective coverings should be included when returning the said item. Debenhams cautions its customer when they are trying out delivered goods. It would be inconvenient you are wearing make up or perfume which can accidentally cling to the material of the cloth and will automatically void its right to be returned and refunded.

How come my code isn't working?
Whenever a particular store holds any form of promotion it will list Terms and Conditions. Voucher codes are a form of promotion and so there will be rules and guidelines that need to be adhered to when redeeming any type of voucher code. For example, you may only be allowed to apply a certain voucher code if you spend over a specified amount on that store's website. Other stores may allow you to apply multiple voucher codes on one order.
